Nutrition and Lifestyle Counselling
Tailored one-on-one nutrition care from a Registered Dietitian.
Services are offered virtually (secure video platform or telephone), in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Evening and weekend appointments available.
Services are available to those living in Ontario.
Featured Dietitian Services
- An initial consultation will involve a comprehensive nutrition assessment, which includes reviewing your medical history, lifestyle, dietary habits, nutritional needs, and health goals. This will form the foundation of your unique nutrition plan. Together, we will establish health goals.
- You will receive tailored nutrition and lifestyle recommendations and a nutrition plan to support your success. This may include educational resources, actionable steps, goal-setting and tracking tools, recipes, shopping lists, and more. Meals plans are available as an add-on service.

- A follow-up visit is an opportunity to review progress with health goals and outcomes, work through challenges, build on what is working well, introduce new goals, and adjust the nutrition plan as needed. We can also review any new information or results. A follow-up visit allows for ongoing education and support.
- You will be provided with tools to support your success and keep you on track.
- This requires an initial consultation within the last 3 months.
3 Follow-Up (30 minutes)
- Ongoing support for your health journey. We will review your progress with health and nutrition goals, discuss new strategies, work through any challenges, celebrate successes, introduce new goals, and adjust your nutrition care plan as needed.
- Unlimited email support included for duration of package.

Where do appointments take place?
Nutrition counselling services are offered virtually (secufe video platform or phone), through a secure platform.
Due to licensing, Registered Dietitian services are available to those living in Ontario only at this time.
When do appointments take place?
Monday and Wednesday 6:00 pm-9:00 pm (appointments outside of these hours available by request).
Appointments are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
An appointment is required to access Registered Dietitian Services.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved just for you.
A missed appointment or last-minute cancellation takes the place of another client.
As such, 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
A failure to show, or cancellation with less than 24-hour notice, will result in a 25% charge of the service price.
How do I make a payment?
Payment is due at the beginning of the appointment.
Payment can be made through a secure credit card portal (SQUARE) or INTERAC email money transfer (e-transfer).
Do you offer direct billing?
Direct billing is not available at this time, but you will receive a receipt upon payment.
What if pricing is a barrier for me?
I believe everyone deserves access to care.
If the pricing presents a barrier in seeking nutrition services and you do not have insurance, we can discuss this in the discovery call. You may qualify to apply for a scholarship application.
